Bhapa Dahi

Ingredients:

3 cups yogurt
1 tin condensed milk
25g nuts and raisins
A pinch of cardamom powder

Method:
  1. Tie yogurt in a muslin (thin) cloth. Hang for 25 to 30 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Add condensed milk and cardamom powder and mix well. Cover the bowl with foil or grease proof paper.
  3. Place the bowl in another pan of boiling water and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Cool and decorate with raisins and nuts.
  5. Serve chilled.
