Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 litre milk
50 gms cocoa powder
3 eggs, beaten
100 gms sugar
60 gms butter, melted
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp corn flour

Method:
  1. Mix cocoa powder and corn flour in a bowl and heat until it becomes like a sauce by adding little water.
  2. Take beaten eggs in a separate bowl, and to this add sugar, flour, butter, milk and mix well until the sugar is melted.
  3. Also add prepared chocolate sauce to the egg mixture and mix well. Pour this into a greased bowl and cook in steam for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove and cut into pieces. You can also serve this chilled if you want.
