Pineapple Fruit
Dressing

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple juice 1 cup cream 2
apples 2 chikoos 1/2 cup pineapple (small pieces) 1 orange 1 cup
sugar 1/2 tbsp corn starch 2 eggs |
Method:
- Take a saucepan. Beat eggs well. Add pineapple juice, sugar and corn strach.
- Place over the fire and boil till it thickens. Allow it to cool.
- Put in the freezer for some time.
- Add cream and pour over the fruit salad.
