Vermicelli Custard

Ingredients:

200g vermicelli
1 litre milk
2 bananas
1 apple
10g cherries
1 orange
50g custard powder
150g sugar
50g almonds

Method:
  1. Boil the vermicelli in hot water for 15-20 minutes, remove and keep aside without any water.
  2. Boil the milk, add the custard powder, which is dissolved in little milk without any lumps, and cook until it thickens.
  3. To this, add boiled vermicelli and cook until it is done. Remove from heat and let it cool in refrigerator.
  4. Decorate with banana, apple, cherry and orange pieces.
