Method:
- In a pan heat the ghee, add the maida and fry for a minute.
- Add the water mixing well and allow it to boil.
- Add the dates, condensed milk and cook well, till the mixture leaves the
sides of the pan.
- Remove from fire and cool and cut into squares.
- Serve garnished with silver foils.
